Had a great time at this hotel during the Christmas season. The location is perfect, within walking distance to many attractions and a free tram stop nearby. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and came with a lovely balcony and great shower pressure. A bonus was the availability of a complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi during my stay.
The downside was that the room could have been cleaned a bit better, with some minor marks on the wall and unvacuumed floors. the furniture was a bit basic and worn, with a stained dining table and uncomfortable beds.

The security of the apartments.
You had only one good staff. The others were not helpful and rude.

We loved our stay, and we recommend the hotel. Adjacent to the airport, 15 km. For short-orders there was Boost Juice, we found it close by. Old melbourne gaol was in the immediate vicinity.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Queen Vic market and many restaurants and cafés, making it easy to grab a quick bite or enjoy a meal out. The friendly staff are knowledgeable about the area and happy to offer recommendations on where to eat. The common areas are clean and inviting, providing a nice place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring.
The room itself was a bit disappointing. The cleanliness left something to be desired, with visible dirt and mold in the bathroom and kitchen.

It had a microwave and sink - very handy. Was close to Queen Victoria Markets. Also close to tasty Asian restaurants - fresh food, tasty, good prices.
Bed wasn't overly comfortable but ok.

Kitchenette - Have proper sets of glasses and plates, no fry pan, one dining chair is insufficient.

I had a great stay at Adara Franklin. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the tram stop and close to the city center. The apartment was spacious, especially the lounge, and the kitchenette had all the cooking facilities we needed. The friendly staff made us feel welcome throughout our stay. I would recommend this hotel for its value for money and convenient location.

The view was good from our window, good natural light and all rooms have a balcony, some bigger than others, depending on the room you book. The room was very clean and tidy, and peaceful, even at night. There is a safe in all rooms, which is great, and the security for the building is fantastic too, with a swipe card to enter the building and lift. The road is off the main Elizabeth St, so is a lot quieter, which was great. The facilities were very good as it was an appartment, so had microwave, toaster, crockery etc. Ensuite was great too. Bed comfy. Handy to lots of things, and Melbourne Central train stn is just a short stroll away, and trams at end of street, a 2 min. Walk! Loads of shops to go shopping. Would stay there again definately. Great value.
The air con did not warm up. But the book there explains about it, and how it can take 30 mins. To get to correct temp, so may not of operated it properly? It did not matter, as we went out for dinner anyway, and straight into bed after we got back. Also the tv pic was cutting out a bit on some channels, but that did not bother us, as we only stayed for one night.

I recently stayed at this 4-star hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location was fantastic, just down the road from the Queen Vic markets and central to most places. It made exploring the city so convenient. The service was top-notch, with staff who provided great service and were always polite and helpful. The room amenities were impressive, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. From ironing facilities to air conditioning, they had it all. I also loved having a balcony and a sitting area to relax in. The in-room safe was a nice bonus for added security. this place exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
This hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The easy access (eg not having to drop keys at reception when going out). The location is top notch - a block to Queen Vic Markets in one direction and a block in the other gets you to the cafes in Melbourne Central. A further couple of minutes walk gets you right into the centre of town. Convenient tram stop at the corner as well, so easy to go everywhere.
